When will I receive my order?

Once you make your order, it will go into production for 2-4 working days, and then will be shipped to you using either DHL, DPD, USPS or Royal mail depending on the size of your item and your location.

Delivery to the UK is typically 2-4 working days after shipping.

Delivery to the EU is typically 4-6 working days after shipping

Delivery to the US is typically 4-6 working days after shipping

Where is my order shipped from?

Our production facilities are located in the UK and the US, so your order will be shipped from the location closest to you for faster shipping.

What is your return policy?

Love it or your money back! If you are not delighted with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. You will just need to cover the return postage.

Please note we can’t accept items that have been used and you must ensure your product is returned to us undamaged using a tracked delivery service.

I made a mistake and need to change my order

We try and get your order into production as soon as possible, so if you need to amend your order please get in touch as soon as possible as we can’t make changes once production has started.

Will I have to pay customs duties on my order?

Our production facilities are located in the UK and the US, so your order will be shipped locally for faster shipping and no customs import duties.

I want to purchase multiple pieces for my office, do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes, many of our clients are businesses and we can provide you with a discount for larger orders. Just get in touch with us at [email protected]
