Antifragile definition

Part of our painted definitions collection, this work is inspired by Nassim Taleb’s idea of antifragility.

In his awesome book “Antifragile” he makes a distinction between being fragile, being resilient and being antifragile.

When life hits and you’re fragile, you break. If you’re resilient then you can withstand more and will eventually break.

Being antifragile, on the other hand, means becoming stronger through adversity just like a wind extinguishes a candle, but fuels a fire.

Let’s be antifragile!
